WE DO NOT ISSUE SHIPPING LABELS!
1. I agree that there are no cancellations, refunds or returns for new and used firearms. All sales are final. Furthermore, I acknowledge that merchandise sold under the Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company name are also not returnable. I understand that any firearms or other merchandise manufactured by a third-party may have a warranty. I acknowledge that It is solely my responsibility to pursue this matter with the third-party manufacturer, not Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company.
2. I acknowledge that I must contact Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for any reason and that it is my responsibility to ship Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company the firearm or merchandise at my expense. WE DO NOT ISSUE SHIPPING LABELS! I acknowledge that nothing can be returned without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) from Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company.
3. I am responsible for obeying all applicable enforcement mechanisms, including, but not limited to federal, state, municipal, and tribal statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and judicial decisions, all applicable Presidential Executive Orders, including compliance with all applicable licensing requirements.
4. I authorize Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company to ship firearms and or items to locations other than my mailing or physical address. This may include but not be limited to a gunshop or a federal firearms license (FFL) holder.
5. I agree that any returned items allowed by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
6. I agree that all returns are at its sole discretion of Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company.
8. I agree that I am solely and completely responsible for the purchase of any firearm that I may make from Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company, in the event that I am unable to take possession of the firearm for any reason whatsoever I agree that it is my sole responsibility to legally transfer or sell the firearm to another party other than Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company. I agree that under these conditions Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company is under no obligation to offer a refund for the firearm.
9. I acknowledge that unless otherwise specified in writing by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company, new firearms manufactured by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company come with a one (1) year warranty to the original purchaser. I acknowledge that there is no Warranty for any second-hand gun. I acknowledge that there is no warranty on non-firearm merchandise sold under the Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company name. I acknowledge that non-firearms are anything that is not an actual gun. This warranty applies to only workmanship and material. Misuse or normal wear are not covered in any way. At its sole discretion, Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company may repair or replace any items or components it believes may be covered under such warranty period.
10. I agree that the shipping of any firearm or merchandise sold under the Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company name for any reason whatsoever to the Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company is my sole responsibility. I agree that this includes obtaining an RMA from the Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company, properly packaging the firearm or said merchandise to ensure no damage to the firearm or said merchandise occurs during return shipping to Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company, and I further agree that I shall incur all shipping charges and insurance costs.
11. I agree that any disputes arising from this agreement or any transaction between Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company fall under the jurisdiction of the State of Connecticut, and any litigation shall be held in the state of Connecticut.
12. I agree that when any customizations are made to my order, it is not cancellable.
13. I agree to pay any and all legal fees and judgments incurred by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company regarding this transaction regardless of the outcome.
14. I acknowledge that in instances where "works" or promotional packages or bundles are offered by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company, substitutions with similar items may be made by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company. In the instances where there may be omissions of items in "works," promotional packages, or bundles, a "par value" will be established by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company. The current "par value" of each item can be obtained from Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company. This "par value" will be deducted from the final cost of the "works," promotional package or bundle, at the discretion of Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company.
15. I acknowledge that if any item is missing or substituted in a “works” or promotional package this does not constitute a refund of any kind.
16. I acknowledge that any transaction between myself and the Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company for any purpose contrary to any applicable federal, state, municipal or tribal laws or regulations constitutes using the Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company for an "illegal purpose." I agree that I will not use the Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company products for any illegal purpose.
17. I acknowledge that I am of legal age to purchase this item or these items, and I acknowledge that I will comply with federal, state, municipal, and tribal law enforcement entities pursuant to the Constitution of the United States and Due Process of Law.
18. All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.
19. I indemnify and hold harmless Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company and all of its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents for any and all loss, harm, damage, costs, liability, and expense caused to them, whether intentionally or unintentionally; this includes but is not limited to direct or indirect results of violations of any and all applicable laws.
20. I acknowledge that Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company may make changes to these terms at any time without notifying me. As a customer, I am solely responsible for reading the most current version of the terms and conditions.
21. I acknowledge that there may be federal, state, county, or parish laws pertinent to the buyer and seller that may supersede some terms of this agreement.
22. For purchases and/or transactions made using American Express or an American Express product I agree that (1) I willfully agree to the transaction, (2) I willfully agree to the transaction amount, and (3) I willfully agree that I will not dispute the charges with American Express or any of its subsidiaries at any future date.
23. By continuing to use this site, I electronically represent ("sign") that I agree to each and every enumerated term above and further certify that I have read and agree entirely to be legally bound by the Connecticut Manufacturing Company Terms and Conditions.

PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Acceptance and Authority. Commencing performance of or accepting this Purchase Order indicates Seller’s intent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and constitutes acceptance of each of these Terms and Conditions. Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company expressly limits acceptance of the Purchase Order to the terms stated herein and any additional, different, or inconsistent terms or conditions in any form, acknowledgement, acceptance, or confirmation used by Seller in connection with the performance of the Purchase Order are rejected by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company. Payment, acceptance of goods, or inaction by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company shall not constitute Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company’s consent to or acceptance of any such terms.
Delivery. The goods shall be tendered by delivery to Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company at the time and place specified in the Purchase Order. The times set forth for delivery are of the essence. If Seller fails to meet delivery requirements for any reason, including, without limitation, reasons beyond Seller’s control Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company may, at its option and without penalty, cancel this Purchase Order in whole or in part and obtain elsewhere all or any part of the goods. Seller is responsible for maintaining and providing proof of delivery. Packing lists must accompany each case or parcel, showing the Purchase Order number and a complete description of contents. Seller shall prepay all transportation charges.
Risk of Loss; Title. Risk of loss and clear title to the goods shall pass to Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company at the time that conforming goods are received and accepted by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company.
Right of Inspection. All goods shall be subject to Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company’s final inspection and acceptance, but such inspection and acceptance shall not relieve Seller from any obligations or liability under this Purchase Order. Any inspection pursuant to this section shall be performed within a reasonable time not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of delivery of the goods. No reasonable delay in rejection or return of goods, nor payment for goods, shall be considered acceptance or waiver of Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company’s rights to reject, return, or retain such goods as provided herein or by law. If all or any part of the goods are found to be non-conforming, Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company may reject such non-conforming goods, whereupon such rejected goods promptly shall be removed by Seller at Seller’s cost, and the Purchase Price with respect to such rejected goods shall be refunded by Seller if already paid or shall be reduced if still owing. In either case, if Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company so directs in writing, Seller shall promptly replace such non-conforming goods with goods conforming to the specifications of the Purchase Order. All direct and incidental costs of rejecting and removing such non-conforming goods shall be borne by Seller.
Payment. Seller shall invoice Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company for the goods furnished by it under this Purchase Order within five (5) days of delivery. All invoices must be sent to Accounts Payable "galazan@msn.com". Unless other terms of payment are negotiated at time of the Purchase Order and are stated in the Purchase Order, Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company shall pay an undisputed invoice within sixty (60) days of receipt by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company. Payment of any invoice shall not constitute approval or acceptance of any goods; shall not be construed to be acceptance of defective or nonconforming goods; and shall not relieve Seller of any of its obligations under the Purchase Order. Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company has the right to withhold all or any portion of any payment to Seller to the extent as may be necessary to protect Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company from loss due to Seller’s failure to fulfill any obligations under the Purchase Order. Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company may set off any sums due and payable by Seller to Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company under the Purchase Order against any payments due to Seller. Seller shall reference the Purchase Order by number in any invoice issued to Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company.
Warranty. Seller warrants that all goods furnished by it under the Purchase Order shall be: (1) new, merchantable, and free from defects in design, materials, workmanship, and construction; (2) fit and safe for any foreseeable purpose for which they are to be used by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company, its customers, and by the ultimate consumers of such goods; (3) conform to and are of the kind and quality described in the Purchase Order; (4) shall perform in the manner specified; and (5) comply with all requirements of the Purchase Order. Seller shall correct any defect at its sole expense, as directed by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company, by promptly: (1) repairing or replacing the defective goods in a timely manner; (2) furnishing Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company any materials, parts and instructions necessary to enable Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company or its customer to correct or have corrected the defect; or (3) refunding the purchase price, or an appropriate portion thereof, to Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company. This warranty shall survive inspection, acceptance, and payment. This warranty does not apply to the effects of normal wear and tear. The foregoing warranty shall extend to, and be for the benefit of, Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company, Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company’s customers, and the ultimate consumers of the goods, and their respective successors and assigns. No disclaimer of any warranty by Seller is effective or accepted.
Compliance with Laws. Seller, and any goods, supplies, or services supplied or provided by Seller, shall comply with all applicable industry standards, laws, rules, regulations, orders, conventions, and ordinances of the country(ies) of origin and destination or that relate to the manufacture, labeling, transportation, importation, exportation, licensing, approval, or certification of the goods, supplies, or services, including but not limited to the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (“Proposition 65”). Seller will defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney or other professional fees and disbursements) arising from or relating to Seller’s noncompliance with this section
Indemnification. Seller shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company and its officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, damages, costs, losses, claims, demands, actions, breach of warranties, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of, resulting from, or relating to any breach (or alleged acts or omissions that if true would be a breach) of any of Seller’s representations, warranties, or obligations set forth in this Purchase Order or Seller’s negligence or misconduct regarding the Purchase Order, including but not limited to loss of use resulting therefrom, claims or fines by governmental authorities, and resulting from the death of or injury to any person or damage to any property, except to the extent caused by normal wear and tear. Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company shall have the right to reasonably control the defense or settlement of any litigation brought or threatened against it without reducing Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company’s rights to be indemnified by Seller. Seller’s indemnification obligations survive delivery and acceptance of goods.
Changes. The Purchase Order may not be changed, amended, or modified except upon the prior written authorization of Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company.
Termination and Suspension. Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company may terminate or suspend the Purchase Order for its convenience, in whole or in part, at any time by written notice. Upon receipt of such notice, Seller shall immediately discontinue all work on the cancelled portion. For termination of convenience, Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company shall remit payment to Seller only for goods delivered and work completed through the date of termination, but in no event shall Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company be liable for work in process, labor, overhead, raw materials, or for any other damages, including but not limited to consequential or punitive damages or lost profits. Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company shall have the right, by written notice to Seller, to terminate the whole or any part of the Purchase Order for default if: (1) Seller fails to deliver the goods by the delivery date on the Purchase Order or in the manner provided by the Purchase Order; (2) reasonable grounds for insecurity arise with respect to Seller’s performance and Seller fails to furnish adequate assurances within 10 days after a written demand by Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company for such assurance; or (3) Seller becomes insolvent or makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, commits an act of bankruptcy or files or has filed against it a petition in bankruptcy or reorganization proceedings. In the event Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company terminates the Purchase Order, in whole or in part, for default, Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company shall be entitled to all rights and remedies provided by law.
Severability. If any provision of the Purchase Order shall to any extent be held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then: (a) the remainder of the Purchase Order shall not be affected, and every remaining provision of the Purchase Order shall be valid and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law, and (b) a suitable and equitable provision shall be substituted for such invalid or unenforceable provision in order to carry out, so far as may be valid and enforceable, the intent and purpose of such invalid or unenforceable provision.
Waiver; Remedies; Survival. Failure to insist upon full performance of any of the terms, conditions or specifications or to exercise any rights or remedies shall not be deemed a waiver. The remedies reserved in this Purchase Order for Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company shall be cumulative and in addition to any other or further remedies provided at law or in equity. All indemnification, payment, warranty, title, and remedies provisions shall survive the termination, cancellation, or expiration of this Purchase Order.
Governing Law and Venue. The Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Seller hereby: (i) submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or State courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut, in any litigation, suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or relating to, the Purchase Order; (ii) knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of said court; and, (iii) waives any right to dismiss or transfer it may have based on improper venue or forum nonconvention to the conduct of any proceeding in said court.
