Perfect beautiful engraving. Gun was made in 1921, and was built as a hammerless pigeon gun with Whitworth steel barrels. Built for pigeon shooting for royalty in Barcelona, Spain. This outstanding and highly unusual gun is virtually new from the wood, case coloring, and screws. It has every conceivable accessories including a firing pins, a game counter, oil and solvent bottles, and a very high quality oak and leather case with case labels and original Purdey wax wrapping paper.
