Merkel - 303, Full Sidelock, O/U, Two Barrel Set, 16ga, 28" LM/LM & 25 5/8” IC/IC. 28” barrels, with solid matted rib, built for Frankonia, 2 ¾” chambers. 25 5/8” barrels marked Krieghoff. Choked LM/LM and IC/IC, 1960’s manufactured. This gun is of the highest grade, hand detachable, full sidelock, auto ejector, Miller single selective trigger, the stock is a full pistol grip, 14” LOP, perfect checkering, receiver is 100% engraved with medium sized German scroll, along with the receiver and forend. Very minor handling marks, but gun is virtually unused. An exceptional value for a two barrel set, small bore, full sidelock, 16ga. This gun was specially ordered with 2 3-piece forends.
