Double action, xxx serial number, two line address with 1884,1888, and 1895 patent dates, original hard rubber grips with colt logo, matching assembly numbers, left side of barrel marked COLT D.A. 38, serial number stamped on butt, mechanically in very good condition, gun retains most of its original bluing with normal wear on muzzle and edges, normal handling marks.
