T. Thacker - Pre-War, SxS, 16ga. 28" Barrels Choked CYL/IC. Made in 1921, 2 ½” chambers, automatic safety, straight grip, leather pad, vacant gold oval, splinter forend, panel stock with horn diamond inlay teardrops, double trigger, automatic ejector. Barrels marked T. Thacker Church St., Worcestershire. Very highly figured wood. Gun has little to no use and gun is magnificently engraved with pheasant on the left, grouse on the right, a dog with a duck in its mount on the bottom, and a dog with rabbit on the trigger guard all surrounded by English scroll. 99% blue and wood finish. Triggers have virtually all blue, perfect barrels. Gun is as tight as the day it was made. Gorgeous 16-gauge English prewar gun made in 1921. Just an outstanding gun from the golden era of gun-making. Warrantied for life to the original owner courtesy of Connecticut Shotgun.
