Numbered #1 and #2, 29” barrels choked IC/IM. Proofed at 3 tons, 2 ½”, consecutive seral numbers, double gold ovals, perfect screws, perfect wood with perfect drop points, double trigger, ejector, special serrated triggers, ¾” Purdey leather covered pad. 99.9% case color, barrel blue, wood finish, and checkering. Extremely highly figured stocks. Special order guns. Engraved by their master engraver Martin Bublik. Along with these guns in its own special lightweight motor case is an extra barrel for 2 ¾” made by Purdey. Proofed at 2 3/4:” and 3 ¼ tons. Very slight cast off. Special gold #1 and #2 shields in each gun. These guns are hardly used; you will not tell them apart from new guns. The case color and wood finish are brilliant, and the checkering and barrel blue are simply perfect. Extra set of barrels is 29”. This is a superb pair of guns that would be over $300,000 today.
